Those who want to impose compulsory vaccination for these pseudo-vaccines against Covid-19 must first ask for the end of the decriminalization of their serious consequences now increasingly obvious. Already today, with mRNA therapies, they have compromised the epidemiological picture of entire nations as well as the Human genome of the vaccinated and that of many young people, therefore of future generations. With more doses, the already huge risks will multiply. Meanwhile, the early home care with highly effective generics such a prof. Raoult’s protocol or ivermectin is venally discarded. Who is endangering whom?
There is no fundamental constitutionally sanctioned right when the concrete possibilities of exercising it are diminished by governmental design. In France, the courts have already abolished the requirement of the health pass for large commercial areas in order not to invalidate the access of citizens to essential services. City mobility therefore also falls into this category… Protection in public transportation is not guaranteed by the health pass, since vaccinated people are potentially contagious. Instead, measures are needed to reduce overcrowding and the like. The same thing applies to classrooms etc.
The criminal health venality of the current government, PD and 5 Star Movement in primis, is no longer to demonstrate. The central question to ask is this: if the pseudo-vaccines do not protect neither the vaccinated nor others then the full or partial vaccination requirement amounts to a premeditated mass murder. To whom should the precautionary criminal measures then apply, if not to political leaders, pseudo-scientific committees and all their accomplices including within the unions?
There can be no vaccination obligation, direct or by blackmail, for pseudo-vaccines made in haste and only conditionally authorized with the criminal claim that there are no alternative treatments. The infamy lately committed by the FDA that has just granted a full authorization to Pfizer without even waiting for the end of Phase 3 scheduled for early 2023, even irrationally and venally denying the possibility of reverse transcriptase processes on the human genome, is only an infamy that is dishonoring the great American Republic, causing some resounding resignations. Everyone has realized that it is far, far worse than the venal, free-trade public health policy of washing chicken with bleach or than the food and industrial safety protocols compatible with the interests of big transnationals like Monsanto, etc. (e.g., pesticides such as Round up and GMO food).
There can be no vaccination obligation for pseudo-vaccines with a demonstrated non-existent efficiency against variants. Such an obligation amounts to mass murder perpetrated in cold blood with the aggravation of conflicts of interest. For example, the current efficacy of Pfizer’s gene therapy is in fact even lower than 39 % or 42 % as it was said, because these percentages corresponded to the end of the curve of the Alpha variant and the beginning of the curve of the Delta variant. With the dominance of this last variant, the vast majority of deaths, identical to the situation before the pseudo-vaccines, concerns cohorts over 65 years with co-morbidities on which was imposed the criminal and often fatal “watchful waiting” at home without early treatment and without even the provision of an oximeter … Therefore, putting aside the current statistical ignorance, cultivated or not, there is no level of vaccine protection whatsoever when 85-90% of deaths are double doses, as is the case in Israel. Not even the third dose with the same serum, will ensure any level of protection, so the Merchant of the Temple, for instance in Israel, already prepare the obligation of the fourth dose, without which no health pass will be granted. There can be no vaccination obligation to cure with dangerous drugs that protect neither against infection of oneself nor against infection of others; as a matter of fact, the current pseudo-vaccines do not provide such guarantees. To impose such an obligation, with the highly venal aggravation of conflicts of interest, is to knowingly put all vaccinated and unvaccinated people at risk, including people of childbearing age and potentially their offspring as well.
There can be no vaccination obligation in the midst of a pandemic because it exponentially increases the risks, including those related to viral interference.
There can be no vaccination obligation, especially for pseudo-vaccines still in Phase 3, without the informed consent of the patient and without a complete preliminary diagnosis – and also without an adequate aspiration, otherwise we are in the presence of a “vaccination” practice that poses the problem of immediate pollution of the blood and of the rapid spread of the Spike protein throughout the body.
None of these basic conditions are respected today, vaccination is done in “vaccinodromes” as for cattle without a real complete preliminary diagnosis. In addition, the current criminal scientific committees deny the proven existence of effective alternatives with generic and inexpensive drugs. They do so simply because the existence of such alternatives would prevent legal conditional approval of the availability of these pseudo-vaccines. This is an outright State lie that turns all citizens into duped guinea pigs to maximize Big Pharma’s profits. They also deny as did ridiculously the now dishonored FDA – with what evidence ? – the predictable effects of reverse transcriptase on the human genome.
In addition, safe with their preventive decriminalization assisted by a guilty passive pharmacovigilance, they do not take into account the new knowledge that is accumulating. For example, today, we begin to understand in a scientific way the harmful effects in the shorter term of the highly toxic proliferation in the whole body, and particularly in the lungs, of the S1 component of the Spike protein. Italian studies had already demonstrated the presence of Spike in human breast tissues. If these studies are confirmed for Man, the epidemiological situation will be very serious in the short term. (2) We are here confronted with an unprecedented crime that overturns all principles of methodology and scientific deontology, as well as ethical principles and the Hippocratic Oath, all in frontal violation of our Constitution together with international legal texts and the Nuremberg Code. Instead of the flight forward with an illegal vaccine requirement, we need a pause for calm reflection, in order to meditate what happened with the abandonment of the failed vaccines in favor of triple therapy for HIV.
There can be no vaccine obligation based on the violation of the Nuremberg Code on informed consent and on the violation of Article 7 of the Council of Europe which upholds the unlawfulness of of obligation and discrimination – see below – including with the pathologically vicious method of imposing such an obligation on certain professions, or with the blackmail of the health pass. This violation should lead to the suspension of our country, now adrift, from the Council of Europe and the prosecution of those responsible.
This venal violation of the Rule of Law without any possible scientific basis should also lead to the indefinite suspension of our country, now adrift, from the Next Generation EU program as well as from related programs such as Sure and ESM for health. As for the Health ESM, we note that the funds are going to the private sector, including with the vaccines, while violating the current law on the maximum proportion allowed for private institutions in the public health-care system, and while perversely devising a hateful blackmail for the CPR and other tests suppressing their gratuity, with the addition of the infamy of the Green pass. (See below for the even more typically venal hypocrisy of the Lega and of Salvini. ) As you can see, the preference of these “leaders” is not to protect human health but instead to create juicy “captive markets” for Big Pharma.
The countries where there is mandatory vaccination for all or for specific professions are few. But we usually omit to specify which vaccines we are talking about. If one can access to Chinese, Russian, or Cuban vaccines, even knowing that, by definition, they do not guarantee much more protection against new variants than the others, at least most of the reservations would fall. Yet an informed individual choice is always required. Clearly it is not the same thing to get the jab knowing that you are discarding the serious set of risks – side effects, Spike, reverse transcriptase – associated with mRNA vaccines or AstraZeneca. Even if the vaccines do not seem the right way to go, a special thanks must be offered to Russia, China and Cuba for having done their utmost to offer to the World a vaccine alternative more classical and less imprinted to the dangerous trans-humanist drifts of our vulgar philo-Smite Nietzscheans once again taken by their typical and deadly exclusivist hubris.
Meanwhile it would be better to note that the highest mortality caused by Covid-19, today as yesterday, concerns the most philo-Semite Nietzschean countries, therefore those where human life counts less than Big Pharma’s profits. Here are some texts that our leaders and our people, vaccinated or not, should meditate:
1 ) Let’s start with our Constitution and the so-called TSO, aka mandatory health treatment. Key legal issue: Who is endangering whom? That is, the return of the worst criminals philo-Semite Nietzschean soulless and / or self-positioned « once again » ultra vires beyond Good and Evil in the face of Article XII of the transitional and final provisions of our Constitution which prohibits all forms of fascism in our Republic …
According to the Constitution, Article 32, there can be no obligation to vaccine, either legal or with perverse blackmail, such as blackmail for work – the right to work is a cardinal principle of our Constitution – or blackmail for mobility materialized by the dangerous health pass.
Instead, the protection of the human person, therefore of his genome, and of his dignity, imposes an obligation to criminal proceedings against all those pseudo-scientists and various leaders who impose these pseudo-vaccines knowing that they have only a conditional authorization, and knowing that the effectiveness of these dangerous vaccine therapies is denied by all the recent objective statistics on the matter. Their dangerousness becomes more obvious every day despite a criminal and highly passive pharmacovigilance. (lately the CDC recognised under-reporting the hospitalisation and death rates among vaccinated; no doubt because of the ongoing push to vaccinate everyone regardless …). In fact, with a proven effectiveness below the threshold of 50% these pseudo-vaccines should have already been withdrawn as a matter of urgency, instead of pushing ahead with mandatory vaccination and various blackmail methods…
Art. 32 The Republic protects health as a fundamental right of the individual and the interest of the community, and guarantees free care to the indigent. No one may be obliged to undergo a specific health treatment except by provision of law. The law may in no case violate the limits imposed by respect for the human person.
And what to think of the TSO? In the moment in which it was demonstrated the existence of the transmission of Covid-19 by the vaccinated with a double dose, as well as their very high mortality rate, there is no possible doubt. Forced vaccination endangers the entire population with a high mortality rate compared to other countries and other places where less vaccination is done and more early care is granted from the first symptoms, e.g., the IHU in Marseille. If the Constitution and international laws were respected today, vaccination with these pseudo-vaccines could only concern informed volunteers in the framework of Phase 3, but only if this Phase 3 is not stopped as medical and experimental ethics would require, and no one else.
Therefore, today, with the updated and irrefutable knowledge coming in, the precautionary social measures provided by the TSO should be imposed against the members of the current scientific committees and against the political and union leaders who still push for the partial – specific professions- and now for the total vaccination obligation for the entire population, including the population of childbearing age and children. This is because, with full venal and calculated awareness, they put vaccinated and unvaccinated person alike in danger, with the aggravation of the confidence to gather in closed places between vaccinated, especially double doses, which is implied by the false sense of security conferred by the Green pass. This is an Apartheid that violates all the fundamental principles of our constitutional charter and our civilization.
This is also true for the criminal falsification of statistics aimed, not at protecting the life and health of citizens, but instead to advance the marketing for Big Pharma, making believe that these pseudo-vaccines, already proven to be ineffective – at less than 50% effectiveness they should have been withdrawn as a matter of urgency – are still able to offer some level of protection against serious cases. This is a statistical fairytale that does not hold up since in all the most vaccinated countries, taking into account the development of the Delta variant curve, the deaths mainly concern the people vaccinated with a single or double dose, to the point that Israel is now irrationally moving to the third dose, preparing also the fourth one without which a person already vaccinated would not get the health pass (3). Talk about blackmail! We already know that vaccination in the middle of a pandemic is not acceptable – viral interference etc. – but we also know that the serum of the third dose is identical to the original one which has already failed!!!
The truth is that the real purpose of the health pass has nothing to do with health. It only serves to force the vaccination of all skeptics, young and old, making their social life impossible. This in spite of the fact, nowadays demonstrated in all the most vaccinated places – Iceland, Israel, UK, US – see Vermont and California most vaccinated -, Gibraltar etc. – of the impossibility to reach a vaccine herd immunity.
Under these conditions they still want to vaccinate all the citizens, which only displays a pathological acquisitive mind on the loose that does not show the slightest respect for human life or the Constitution. In fact, the health pass was designed in the immediate term to keep the economy open during the summer season thus saving twenty billion euros in tourist revenue. Excluding however in a counter-productive way the Chinese and Russian tourists since the EU does not recognize their vaccines which nonetheless are more effective and less dangerous because they are more classic though not linked to Big Pharma. The deadly management of the summer season aimed at reducing the amount of “State aid”, it was carried out knowing full well that, in this way, the vaccinated with their green pass would happily contaminate each other thus being placed at a high risk given the ongoing denial of early treatment. Knowing also, however, that thanks to the lag between contamination and hospitalization and death, the hospital problem would not occur before early September … They have therefore falsified artfully, but undeniably, the parameters of the colored areas and the communication of the statistics on the trend of the curves of the variants Alpha, which was declining, and Delta, which started to rise up.
The longer-term purpose of this deadly health strategy is to materialize fear, confusion and duress in order to impose the regressive reforms – labor law, social security and welfare, health care, privatization of the common goods, etc. – that is the neo-liberal monetarist reforms that remain to be completed. As explained by the Jewish-French J. Attali since 2009-2011, without this strategy placed under control by the American armed forces, these reforms would never be accepted by the population. As a matter of fact, our governments now talk about ” war on Covid-19 ” and put their health strategy under the control of the military !!! For my part, I believe that our people, having now understood the deep meaning of this strategy, will reject it with renewed determination. Burying once and for all these renegade, exclusivist and socially dangerous leaders.
In the absence of the Courts and of the highest guarantors that now fail to enforce our Constitution, born from the Resistance to Nazi-Fascism, we are currently confronted with unscrupulous criminals. Today, it is not the unvaccinated but the Covidist executives who represent a serious danger to themselves and others, not only to the immediate health of the citizens, but also to the human genome.

This is the case today for all anti-Covid-19 pseudo-vaccines in our nations, since the average number of deaths from side effects is almost 20 times higher than for normal vaccines developed according to usual scientific standards, i.e. during at least 7 or 10 years. This is particularly the case of gene therapies with mRNA because to these dangerous effects are added those related to the harmfulness of the Spike protein and soon those, undeniable from the probabilistic point of view, induced by reverse transcriptase. If the study by Prof. Marik and his colleagues on the S1 component of the Spike protein proves to be correct for both humans and laboratory mice, then in the very near future we will be faced with a pandemic induced by the multiplication of the harmful S1 continuously produced by the mRNA. Such continuous proliferation has the potential to be worse than metastasis across major organs. Another example has emerged of French people creating their own makeshift outdoor restaurant in protest against the country’s vaccine passport system.

Fearing to be displaced by the growing popular mobilizations that will no doubt increase proportionally to the political clique’s willingness to push through the remaining reforms, more regressive than ever, Salvini and the Lega now pretend to be against mandatory vaccination but they still push for the vaccination of the entire population with softer blackmail. The point is to keep the economy open at all costs while always denying early home care from the earliest symptoms and focusing on the useless and harmful pseudo-vaccines. Take a look at this summary of the measures proposed. (7) What is the difference between these proposals and the current governmental violation of the Constitution, Article 7 of the Council of Europe and the Nuremberg Code? Especially with molecular or other swabs that would mostly be for a fee as in the governmental design. (A saliva test costs around 64 euros and more. Would it be that people close to the Lega are already invested in these alternatives? )
Can a worker or a student take a test every 48 hours even if s/he respects all precautionary measures and social distancing? But even is s/he bends to such an unnecessary ritual, who will guarantee that s/he will not be contaminated by the vaccinated crew with a single, double or third or fourth dose? My mom advised to be careful since many people like to “gargle” for their own profit. An image that struck me. While she never used even the slightest bad word, on special occasions she also used another country-side expression more colorful to characterize people that are even more vain and dangerous, and perhaps I will use it myself if I ever judge appropriate to do so …
Conclusion:
As you read these lines, remember that the current deadly health strategy has obvious precedents in the regressive neo-liberal monetarist socio-economic policy and in the deadly policy of aggression abroad (9/11) and at the domestic level (Patriot Act and its sequels, now transformed into a perpetual State of Emergency …). This overall strategy was devised by the usual grotesque self-elected “masters of the world”, today bankrupt everywhere, as much at the socio-economic and financial level as in Kabul or, and above all, in Palestine. Today, they still dream of transforming the whole World into a vast Palestine subjected to their Apartheid.
We have already said elsewhere that the first objective of the health strategy is to carry out the regressive reforms that the leaders want to carry out with the aggravation of the trans-humanist choice in favor of Big Pharma by people who have no problem considering the citizens as guinea pigs or as laboratory “mice”, while collecting huge commissions linked to conflicts of interest at a constant flow. Even sacrificing their own families. For example, we have not yet heard any of them apologize to the patients to whom they prescribed remdesivir at the beginning of this syndemia, yet they knew that remdesivir which was still experimental was mutagenic and harmful to the kidneys. Obviously with their European colleagues have taken the precaution of decriminalizing their « health-care » actions, which explains their unspeakable chutzpha … From the legal point of view, with an effectiveness of less than 50 % , the continuation of direct or indirect vaccination actually invalidates such abusive decriminalization.
