Hacemos un llamado a la Comunidad internacional para que denuncie el golpe actual en Bolivia e imponga, como lo exige la Constitución boliviana y el Derecho internacional, el reconocimiento de la Sra. Salvatierra, Presidenta del Senado, como Presidenta interina de derecho. Ella es quien liderará la transición que conducirá a nuevas elecciones. La democracia y el Derecho internacional deben ser respetados porque son los únicos garantes de la paz contra la barbarie y del desarrollo armonioso de las sociedades y el Orden internacional. El Presidente Evo Morales tomó la decisión de proteger la democracia y la paz cuando los militares golpistas lo obligaron a renunciar.
Nadie puede ignorar que el Presidente Evo Morales ganó las últimas elecciones en la primera vuelta. De hecho los golpistas están destruyendo los boletines de votación para evitar el recuento que el propio Presidente Evo Morales pidió en respuesta a las críticas de la OEA. A lo sumo, la oposición podría haber pedido una segunda ronda más. Los golpistas deben ser aislados y derrotados.
La OEA, la ONU y toda la Comunidad de Estados Miembros de la ONU tienen la obligación de intervenir. Estas Organizaciones y las Agencias especializadas de las Naciones Unidas también deben condenar de manera ejemplar el fascismo racista de Jeanine Áñez y sus intolerables comentarios que constituyen un delito muy grave para la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y la Carta de las Naciones Unidas. Y un insulto a toda la Humanidad. Vea abajo la cita vergonzosa del usurpador fascista-racista. (2) Esto en el siglo XXI !!!
La única forma de salir de la crisis es el respeto de la Constitución y la celebración de nuevas elecciones bajo supervisión internacional que garantice la seguridad de todos.

Adriana Salvatierra is the only legitimate interim President of Bolivia: The OAS, the UN and the International Community must condemn the fascist and racist forces of Jeanine Áñez and Co. and their foreign accomplices, Nov. 15. 2019 We call on the whole International Community to denounce the current coup in Bolivia and to impose, as required by the Bolivian Constitution and by International law, the recognition of Ms. Salvatierra, President of the Senate, as Acting President of Bolivia by law. She is the only one entitled to lead the transition under which new elections will be held. Democracy and international law must be respected because they are the only guarantors of peace against barbarism and of the harmonious development of societies and of the International Order. President Evo Morales made the decision to protect democracy and peace when the military putschists forced him to resign. No one can ignore that President Evo Morales won the last elections in the first round. In fact, the coup plotters are busy destroying the electoral ballots to avoid the recount that President Evo Morales himself requested in response to the criticism of the OAS. At the most, the opposition could have asked for second electoral round. The coup leaders must be isolated and defeated.
The OAS, the UN and the whole Community of UN Member States have the obligation to intervene. These Organizations and the Specialized Agencies of the United Nations must also condemn in an exemplary manner the racist and fascist putschist Jeanine Áñez and her intolerable comments that constitute a very serious crime against the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Charter of the United Nations. The only way out of the crisis is the respect of the Constitution and the holding of new elections under international supervision that will guarantee the safety of all.
